KEF LSX II Wireless Speaker Pair
Discover the joy of being able to really hear your favourite songs and content in all their detailed glory. With over 60 years of KEF’s acoustic know-how behind them, the KEF LSX II Wireless Active speakers harness their coveted Uni-Q driver array, now in its 11th iteration, along with the new KEF W2 wireless platform.
11th Iteration
Optimised Uni-Q Driver Array
In its 11th generation, KEF’s coveted Uni-Q driver array offers an outstanding audio playback given its unique single-point source design. With the LSX II, gone are the days of needing to sit or stand at a certain point to get the very best out of your speakers as the tweeter is placed at the acoustic centre of the woofer to recreate how sound is produced and recorded in studios.
There is no longer a ‘sweet spot’ when listening to the LSX IIs as the whole room becomes a sweet spot thanks to Uni-Q’s deep and three-dimensional soundstage. Combined with 200W of system power, the tweeter and woofer are powered by their own dedicated amplifier to deliver room-filling sound despite KEF LSX II’s smaller cabinet size.

Music Integrity Engine
Hi-Fi Sound
The LSX IIs use a powerful Room EQ DSP which makes it possible to fine-tune their signature sound specifically to the room you’re using them in. Performance is even further fine-tuned with KEF’s cutting-edge Music Integrity Engine technology. Optimised for KEF’s Uni-Q Driver design, the Music Integrity Engine enables LSX II to perfectly time performance with increased clarity and accuracy.
A wireless connection between the speakers offers a great 24bit/ 48kHz resolution, whilst a cabled connection (cable supplied in the box) offers a further resolution of 24bit/ 96kHz.
Versatile Connectivity
Wireless & Wired
One of the things our customers loved most about the original KEF LSX speakers was the wide arrange of streaming options available. The LSX IIs refine this even further with Airplay 2, Google Chromecast and Spotify Connect availability along with popular services like Amazon Music, Quobuz, Deezer and digital radio stations and podcasts also being available in the KEF Music App. The system is Roon Ready and can also be connected to a NAS Drive for 24bit/ 384kHz playback (PCM).
For those looking to listen to music via a more traditional wired connection, the KEF LSX IIs have a variety of solutions. An HDMI ARC port is supplied for easy connection to a TV along with an Optical In, AUX, Coax and 2 ethernet ports for networking and interconnecting the speakers. The KEF LSX IIs also have a subwoofer output if you wanted to add extra bass to your system.
Kef Connect App
Easy Set Up
Designed to bring HiFi sound to a wireless audience, the newly revised KEF LSX IIs are incredibly easy to set up. The two speakers are able to communicate wirelessly, or can be connected via an ethernet cable for 24bit/ 96kHz resolution.
Set up is easy using the KEF Connect App, allowing you to add any major streaming service, digital radio station or podcast to the speakers' repertoire. User-friendly features such as volume settings, sensitivity adjustments and the ability to select a source to wake up the speakers are also available.

Understated
Minimalist Finish
With a cabinet designed by Michael Young, a famed industrial designer, the KEF LSX IIs have a minimalist form that not only perfectly suits their clean and pristine performance, but also looks great no matter where you place them in your room. LSX II is available in 5 colours to suit your space: Carbon Black, Cobalt Blue, Mineral White, Lava Red and Soundwave.
An easy-to-access rear panel allows you to make adjustments to the speaker performance and control the wired source being transferred. The LSX II speaker pair also has neat mounting inserts for easy placement on a P1 desk pad, S1 floor stand or B1 wall bracket.
FAQs
Q. How do I connect a Sub to the KEF LSX IIs?
A. A dedicated subwoofer out port is positioned on the back of the master LSX II speaker. If you wanted to connect a Sub wirelessly, consider using the KEF KW1 Wireless Subwoofer Adapter.
Q. Are the KEF LSXII capable of Atmos?
A. As the HDMI connection on the LSX is ARC rather than eARC it’s not possible to decode and play Dolby Atmos sound on these speakers. It could be argued though that you wouldn’t get a full Atmos sound from speakers without upward firing drivers so HDMI eARC isn’t necessary.
Q. Why do the KEF LSX IIs have Bluetooth 4.2?
A. KEF have used the same chip as used for Bluetooth 5.1 in their LSX II speakers meaning they benefit from the same quality of wireless streaming. The only difference is that the range is shorter than with Bluetooth 5.1, but for in-home speakers this is unlikely to cause an issue.
A new level of wireless streaming perfection with the KEF LSX IIs.
