Bowers & Wilkins CCM362 and Sonos Amp Bundle
As one of Bowers and Wilkins’ more budget-friendly options, the CCM 362 speaker pair still offers great bang for your buck, employing B&Ws 6in polypropylene cone bass-midrange driver and a 25mm soft dome tweeter for good quality, dynamic audio performance. When paired with the Sonos Amp, these CCM362s offer a great gateway into the Sonos system, built into the ceiling for a discreet finish.
Bowers & Wilkins CCM362 In-Ceiling Speakers
With a 6in polypropylene cone bass-midrange driver and 25mm soft dome tweeter, the CCM362s will comfortably handle your home audio at a range of listening levels. With a frequency range of 50Hz-30kHz and a balanced design for wide-angle listening, the CCM362s offer great performance even as the entry-level ceiling speaker in the Bowers & Wilkins range.
The three models specially designed for B&W’s CI300 series have been fine tuned to handle audio in more demanding environments, making them perfect for use in high-humidity environments such as shower or pool rooms.
Sonos Amp
The Sonos Amp provides the brains to your system and powers the Bowers & Wilkins CCM362s speakers with an impressive 125W per channel. Inbuilt binding posts will allow you to easily connect your CCM362 speakers and integrate them with a multi-room Sonos system around the home. The Amp can also be connected to a TV or wirelessly paired with a Sonos soundbar for expert handling of your surround sound.
Hassle-Free Setup and Installation
The CCM362s have a shallow 79mm mounting depth, making them perfect for use in projects where ceiling cavity space is at a premium. The baffle is secured into the ceiling cavity using dog-clamps that twist outwards and tighten meaning you won’t require any additional mounting equipment.
The CCM362’s speaker grille is magnetically secured to the front of the baffle and will sit firmly in place without needing to be screwed in. Speaker cable is affixed to both the ceiling speakers and Amp using the inbuilt fixings, meaning no additional banana plugs or binding posts need to be sourced.
How It Works With Sonos
The B&W CCM362s work well with the Sonos Amp for wireless music control and easy multi-room functionality. You will need to connect each speaker back to the Sonos Amp using a 2-core speaker cable.
You’ll be able to connect a maximum of 2x B&W CCM362 speaker pairs to one Sonos Amp, allowing you to fill a larger room with music. The speakers are then controlled through the Sonos App, giving you the ability to stream music, digital radio, podcasts and more easily.
The Sonos Amp will connect to your TV via HDMI Arc or wirelessly pair with a Sonos Soundbar for use as part of a surround sound system.
