How long does the finance application take?

Once you have completed the online application, it will be submitted to the lender for review. They will make a decision to either accept or decline your application and you will be updated every step of the way.

You can proceed to pay via finance by selecting Dekopay as your payment method. The application takes no more than a few minutes to complete and works great on PC, mobile or tablet devices.

 

 

 

After being approved, when can I expect to receive my goods?

After acceptance of your application, check your inbox for an email from DekoPay with instructions on how to pay your deposit (please check your junk inbox if you have not received it after a few minutes of being accepted).

As soon as the deposit is paid and you've e-signed the credit agreement, Smart Home Sounds will be notified to dispatch your speakers immediately.

Your order can be completed in as few as 10 minutes, so if verified before 4pm, we can dispatch your goods same day in time for delivery the following day.

How are payments collected?

You can pay your deposit easily and securely via credit or debit card.

Monthly re-payments thereafter are collected monthly by direct debit. They usually begin 30 days after you have finished your application and received your goods.

Can finance be paid off early?

Yes, you can pay any remaining finance off in one settlement whilst avoiding any settlement fees. Please contact Dekopay if you wish to do this.

Can I send my goods to a different delivery address to the one on the application?

It is a regulation of the finance provider that all goods are to be signed for at the billing address on your credit application form, so it is not possible to send finance orders to a work address.
