Designed to offer optimal high-fidelity, vinyl audio, the Audio-Technica AT-LPW30BK comes complete with a premium AT-VM95C Dual Magnet Cartridge. The AT-VM95C’s Eliptical Stylus offers detailed and rich vinyl playback without causing wear to your vinyl records.

Building on Audio-Technica’s 60 years of audio heritage and expertise, the AT-LPW30BK is designed to deliver optimum audio quality without any degradation from low-frequency acoustic feedback.

Full Manual Operation and inbuilt pre-amp

Audio-Technica have opted for a fully manual, pared back design when developing the AT-LPW30BK. The tonearm will need to be lifted onto the record and taken back off when finished, as this is not performed automatically by the turntable. The tonearm is fitted with hydraulically damped lift control along with a lockable rest for protection of your tonearm and cartridge.

The AT-LPW30BK sports an inbuilt phono pre-amp stage, meaning you can plug the turntable straight into your speaker or amplifier without needing to invest in a separate pre-amp unit. The pre-amp is switchable, meaning you can turn this off for a simple line-level connection if the speakers or amp you’re using has a phono stage inbuilt.

Reminiscent of retro turntable design, the Audio-Technica AT-W30BK features a monochrome wood veneer plinth that minimises low-frequency acoustic feedback. The AT-W30BK has a timeless, sophisticated style, elevated by a straight die-cast aluminium tonearm, platter and 2-speed control dial. The turntable comes fitted with a rubber slip mat and protective hinged dustcover.
