For hygiene reasons we cannot accept the return of in-ear headphones that have been opened with the seal broken.
Video games cannot be returned if the seal is broken (unless faulty)

Pairing a 100mm bass-mid driver with a 22mm precision tweeter, the Q Acoustics Q3010i speakers offer a crisp and dynamic sound belying their price.
The 22mm decoupled High-Frequency Driver has been built for the wide surround to create a wide even dispersion and stereo imaging. The cabinet size is 25% larger than the Q3010i’s predecessor, the Q3010. This allows the speakers to deliver a larger scale sound and more dramatic bass performance.
All-New Aesthetic
An updated speaker closure has been employed across the whole Q Acoustics 3000i range, offering a minimalist aesthetic in four different colour options. The tweeter and driver have been decoupled to give the speakers a classic look, with an attractive chrome bezel surrounding the main speaker components. A magnetic speaker grille is supplied with each speaker.
‘Point To Point’ bracing has been utilised in the cabinet design to help keep the enclosure extra quiet and avoid unwanted cabinet rattle.
How To Install
Designed to be used as a stereo pair, the Q 3010i will connect via speaker cable into the left and right speaker connection terminals on your Amp. We recommend the Sonos Amp to create a wireless streaming system.
Each speaker will need to be connected back to the Amp using a 2-core speaker cable. New low profile binding posts have been incorporated with sockets deep enough to accept 4mm (0.16 in) Banana Plugs. The Q 3010i can be either shelf mounted, wall mounted or stand-mounted depending on your preference.

Our Extended Christmas Returns
We've extended our normal returns for the festive season. Any gifts bought between 27th October 2023 and 22nd January 2024 can be returned up until 31st January 2024.
How does the returns policy work?
If a gift is unwanted, customers must contact Smart Home Sounds by the 31st January 2023 via phone, email or live chat. Our team will assist you in the returns process.
Items must be fully unopened and sealed. Return postage will be at the cost of the customer.
If the unwanted item is opened, this will revert to our regular 30 days returns policy.
Faulty items will follow our standard returns procedure.
