KEF have utilised their esteemed Uni-Q driver array in the design of the Ci130QR, ensuring the overall sound is precise and cohesive. In this speaker, the tweeter is positioned in the centre of the driver unit so that audio emanates from the same start point, creating a single point source for sound across the frequency spectrum. Though this may sound complicated, it essentially means that wherever you are standing in the room you'll hear the same clear and well-dispersed audio.
Treble dispersion has been elevated by the implementation of a 'tangerine' waveguide system allowing it to more smoothly reproduce mid-high range and give you the same acoustic experience as intended by the recording artist or producer of what you're listening to.
Easy Installation
Gold-plated spring-loaded terminals make it easy to connect the Ci130QRs to speaker cable, meaning that when cable has been laid and your ceiling hole has been cut you can have your Ci130QRs installed in a matter of minutes. Inbuilt screw mounting mechanisms mean you won't require any additional equipment to get the Ci130QRs secure in the ceiling.
The supplied speaker covering, with thin bezel and grille, is magnetic allowing it to be fitted to the front of the speaker with minimal effort. This magnetic grille can be spray painted if required to match the decor of your room.

At under 80mm in depth, the KEF Ci130QRs offer a great in-ceiling solution where ceiling space comes at a premium.
The Ci130QR’s bayonet-shaped PCB cover is designed for rigidity to protect the internal speaker components and allow air to pass through for heat dissipation. Once installed, the speakers are barely perceptible sitting almost flush to the ceiling and blending in with their surroundings.

Our Extended Christmas Returns
We've extended our normal returns for the festive season. Any gifts bought between 27th October 2023 and 22nd January 2024 can be returned up until 31st January 2024.
How does the returns policy work?
If a gift is unwanted, customers must contact Smart Home Sounds by the 31st January 2023 via phone, email or live chat. Our team will assist you in the returns process.
Items must be fully unopened and sealed. Return postage will be at the cost of the customer.
If the unwanted item is opened, this will revert to our regular 30 days returns policy.
Faulty items will follow our standard returns procedure.
