600 Series 25th Anniversary Edition

We’re thrilled to see that B&Ws most compact bookshelf speaker in the 600 series, the 607, has been updated and refined as part of the range’s 25th Anniversary celebrations.

Building On A Legacy - What's New?

The new 607 S2 Anniversary Edition bookshelf speaker keeps the best of what we love about the 600 range, with fine-tuned details that offer the best of audio clarity and authenticity that’s perfect for more compact spaces.  

A new crossover has been installed in the Anniversary 606s. This will result in improved resolution and transparency as the lower and upper audio threshold is divided more accurately and evenly for the most precise playback.

Refined & Updated Tweeter

Building on the legacy of the 600 series, the 606 bookshelf speakers retain B&Ws proven 25mm Decoupled Double Dome Tweeter. 

The decoupled tweeter offers 38kHz breakup performance & ensures there is less risk of interfering vibrations from the mid-range driver sat below, giving you more precise and authentic audio.

Impressive Bass Performance

Designed with compact, smaller rooms in mind; the 607 features  B&W’s class-leading 130mm (5in) Continuum Cone. Based on the concept of optimised and controlled flexibility, the Continuum Cone will deliver an improved sound with crisper and more precise mid range. 

Featuring the smallest mid-bass cone in the 600 range, the 607 is perfect for more compact rooms that don’t demand an all-encompassing bass output.

Contemporary Design

As the 7th iteration of the iconic 600 range, the 600 S2 Anniversary Edition series has had a slight face lift to mark its 25th year in production. A Celebratory B&W Logo has been inscribed on the tweeter surround in either a light or dark finish to expertly match the colour of your speaker. The speaker components sit within a 2-way vented-box.

As in the 6th generation of the 600 Series, the original grille pegs have been replaced by magnets to offer a neater solution and the port has been relocated to the back of the cabinet for a discreet finish.
