Terms & Conditions:
- Claims apply to purchases made between 1st November - 1st December 2025.
- All claims must be submitted by midnight on 1st December 2025.
- Claims apply only to like-for-like purchases (including colour variations)
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 working days of a valid claim being made.
- For purchases made using Finance, refunds will be credited against your finance account.
- Price drop refunds do not apply to any additional promotional activity.

Buying a gift for someone special this Christmas? We’ve got you covered. To make gifting stress-free, we’ve extended our holiday return window until 31st January 2026.
Our extended returns policy applies to all orders placed between 1st November 2025 and 22nd January 2026.
How does it work?
If your gift isn’t quite right, simply contact Smart Home Sounds by 31st January 2026 via phone, email, or live chat. Our friendly team will guide you through the returns process.
- Items must be fully unopened and sealed. Return postage will be at the cost of the customer.
- If the unwanted item is opened, this will revert to our regular 30 days returns policy. Full T&Cs here.
