For hygiene reasons we cannot accept the return of in-ear headphones that have been opened with the seal broken.
Video games cannot be returned if the seal is broken (unless faulty)

If you find the TV difficult to hear at times, the SRS-LSR200 could be the perfect choice to enhance onscreen vocals without increasing the volume of the TV. Sony’s coveted Voice Zoom technology will bring the vocals to the forefront of the audio you hear, and plug and play functionality makes this product extremely easy to set up. Wireless Capability
To set the SRS-LSR200 up with your TV, you’ll just need to connect the Charging dock/ Transmitter to your TV’s optical-digital or headphone output. A front LED status light will notify you when the speaker is on and ready to go.
You can then carry the SRS-LSR200 back to your seat for the optimum listening experience. With a connectivity range of around 30m, you’ll even be able to take the SRS-LSR200 out into the kitchen or office without missing a moment of dialogue. The SRS-LSR200 uses 2.4GHx wireless transmission to reduce resistance and interference.
Easy To Use Controls
Equipped with a range of controls, the SRS-LSR200 is easy to operate and can take the place of some TV remote features. The large numbered buttons on top of the unit can be used to select channels and the protruding spin dial can be used to control the TV’s volume. You can also pull up programme information using the ‘i+’ feature, which we think is a nice touch.
The SRS-LSR200 is only 630g making it easy to carry around and the built-in carry strap aids in this portability.

Our Extended Christmas Returns
We've extended our normal returns for the festive season. Any gifts bought between 27th October 2023 and 22nd January 2024 can be returned up until 31st January 2024.
How does the returns policy work?
If a gift is unwanted, customers must contact Smart Home Sounds by the 31st January 2023 via phone, email or live chat. Our team will assist you in the returns process.
Items must be fully unopened and sealed. Return postage will be at the cost of the customer.
If the unwanted item is opened, this will revert to our regular 30 days returns policy.
Faulty items will follow our standard returns procedure.
