If your product becomes faulty in the first 6 years from purchase, we will repair or replace your unit with a brand new item. If the product is unrepairable and the model purchased is no longer available, you will be issued with a store credit for the full value paid of the failed product.

If you register your product online within 28 days of purchase you will claim a free third year guarantee. All guarantee claims must be accompanied with a proof of purchase. Guarantees must be registered within 28 days of purchase and are not transferable.
Please note that our guarantee is for goods bought and used in the UK, The Isle of Man and the Channel Islands. The two year manufacturers parts and labour guarantee and free third year guarantee does not apply to ‘spares and accessories.’ These items are covered by a one year guarantee unless otherwise stated.
