For hygiene reasons we cannot accept the return of in-ear headphones that have been opened with the seal broken.
Video games cannot be returned if the seal is broken (unless faulty)

Timeless Marshall Design
Marshall fans will instantly identify with the faux leather carry case and iconic white M on each earbud, evocative of the timeless style of this audio giant. The gold Bluetooth pairing button on the inside of the carry case brings back memories of the nostalgic amplifier stacks Marshall are known for. The gold ‘Est. 1962’ motif emblazoned on the inside of the case is a nice touch and connects the Mode II with Marshall’s past.
The carry case is practical as well as stylish, with an easy-grip carry design that utilises magnets both to remain closed and keep each earbud in place. You should have no worries about keeping the Mode II in your pocket or them jostling around at the bottom of a bag, the carry case is there to protect them.
25 Hour Battery Life
Each earbud stores an impressive 5 hours of battery life, with in-app options allowing you to assess battery life for each bud individually. The accompanying carry case stores an additional 20 hours of battery life, meaning you can charge up on the go without needing to find a plug.
There’s a status LED light on the outside of the case to indicate low battery and Bluetooth pairing. Charging is made easy using either the USB-C charging cable supplied in-box or by sitting the outer case on any Qi wireless charging base.
IPX5 Weather Rating
The Mode II earphones have an IPX5 weather rating, allowing you to rinse them off in water without concern. Your earphones are fully protected from a sweaty gym session or longer run, and can be properly cleaned off afterwards.
The accompanying charging case is also IPX4 rated meaning that while this can’t be rinsed, it will survive splashes in water without risking damage.

Our Extended Christmas Returns
We've extended our normal returns for the festive season. Any gifts bought between 27th October 2023 and 22nd January 2024 can be returned up until 31st January 2024.
How does the returns policy work?
If a gift is unwanted, customers must contact Smart Home Sounds by the 31st January 2023 via phone, email or live chat. Our team will assist you in the returns process.
Items must be fully unopened and sealed. Return postage will be at the cost of the customer.
If the unwanted item is opened, this will revert to our regular 30 days returns policy.
Faulty items will follow our standard returns procedure.
