For hygiene reasons we cannot accept the return of in-ear headphones that have been opened with the seal broken.
Video games cannot be returned if the seal is broken (unless faulty)

Building on AudioEngines legacy HD-series, the HD4s offer the perfect wireless solution for versatile, high-fidelity audio. Sporting a 4” woofer and ¾” tweeter in each speaker, you’ll enjoy a strong low end and detailed high-mid performance. Enjoy 24 bit (upsampled) resolution up to 48kHz using the HD4’s USB Input.
Inspired by studio monitor speakers and featuring built-in 120W analog power amplifiers, the AudioEngine HD4s don’t over-simulate bass response and give you a pure, clean representation of the audio at hand. With the RCA outputs on the back of the HD4, you’re able to connect a separate Subwoofer for an increased bass output if desired.

With aptX HD Bluetooth 5.0 courtesy of the antenna on the back of the left HD4 speaker, you’ll be able to stream your favourite content straight from your phone, tablet or PC to the HD4s in brilliant hi-res quality.
Pairing with the AudioEngine HD4 takes seconds using the built-in Bluetooth pairing button. The Bluetooth pairing light will flash when in pairing mode, then turn solid to confirm that a Bluetooth connection has been made.

The left speaker face houses volume and power controls, as well as the 3.5mm headphone jack and Bluetooth pairing button. To the rear of the left speaker, you’ll find important connections such as Bluetooth reception antenna, right speaker output, RCA stereo input, 3.5mm audio input for mobile devices and micro USB input for connection to a PC. You’ll also be able to connect a separate subwoofer via the RCA outputs.

Our Extended Christmas Returns
We've extended our normal returns for the festive season. Any gifts bought between 27th October 2023 and 22nd January 2024 can be returned up until 31st January 2024.
How does the returns policy work?
If a gift is unwanted, customers must contact Smart Home Sounds by the 31st January 2023 via phone, email or live chat. Our team will assist you in the returns process.
Items must be fully unopened and sealed. Return postage will be at the cost of the customer.
If the unwanted item is opened, this will revert to our regular 30 days returns policy.
Faulty items will follow our standard returns procedure.
