For hygiene reasons we cannot accept the return of in-ear headphones that have been opened with the seal broken.
Video games cannot be returned if the seal is broken (unless faulty)

Audio Pro Multi-Room
When used with other compatible Audio Pro speakers, the Audio Pro C3 can form part of a multi-room system around the home. With the Audio Pro app, you’ll be able to control and group different Audio Pro speakers together to play cohesively throughout the house.
Your favourite radio stations and streaming services can all be added to the Audio Pro app allowing you to control music easily from your phone. You’ll also be able to create stereo pairs of the same speaker within the app, along with playing Hi-Fi sources like a turntable that are connected to one speaker across the whole speaker group.

One of the neatest features of the Audio Pro C3 is the 4-button feature presets on the top control panel. This will allow you to save your favourite radio stations or individual playlists from streaming services to be easily played at the touch of a button on top of the C3.

Our Extended Christmas Returns
We've extended our normal returns for the festive season. Any gifts bought between 27th October 2023 and 22nd January 2024 can be returned up until 31st January 2024.
How does the returns policy work?
If a gift is unwanted, customers must contact Smart Home Sounds by the 31st January 2023 via phone, email or live chat. Our team will assist you in the returns process.
Items must be fully unopened and sealed. Return postage will be at the cost of the customer.
If the unwanted item is opened, this will revert to our regular 30 days returns policy.
Faulty items will follow our standard returns procedure.
