Out of Hours Technical Support

If you are experiencing technical difficulties with your Sonos equipment and it is out of our working hours, you may wish to contact Sonos Technical support team who will be more than happy to help on 0808 234 6596. Their working hours are Monday to Friday 9am - 1pm, Saturday 4pm - 9pm, Sunday closed. Alternatively, leave us a voicemail or email our support team. 


We offer FREE next day delivery on all orders over £150. We guarantee next day delivery 99% of the time. Orders placed before 3pm (Monday to Friday excluding public holidays) will be dispatched same day for the next working day delivery. If items are out of stock, you will be notified immediately, and given a new delivery date. All deliveries will have email & text notifications enabling you to track your delivery every step of the way. You will be allocated a delivery slot of one hour. We know how frustrating it can be waiting in all day for a parcel. Next day delivery excludes Ireland, which will be a 2 day delivery with additional cost. Please call or email for details.


Smart Home Sounds 6 year Guarantee

  • Valid only on Sonos purchases made from Smart Home Sounds
  • The extended 6 year warranty does not start again from the beginning on the replaced product. For example, if one product develops a fault within the first 6 years of purchase, the replacement product will only be entitled to the 2 year standard manufacturer’s warranty thereafter or for the rest of the 6 year warranty period, whichever is longest. 
  • If a problem arises after 2 years the cost of sending the faulty unit back to us will be incurred by the customer as items are sent out at Smart Home Sounds cost.
  • Every claimed-faulty product will be individually tested to determine the problem. A repair will be attempted but if the product is beyond repairable, a brand new like-for-like replacement will be issued. If a new generation model was made before the fault of the original product developed, a store credit of the full value of the faulty product will be issued.
  • Accidental and water damage will not be covered.
  • Any systems that have been tampered with or modified will void the 6 year guarantee.
