Q. Can I stereo pair the Sonos Five?
A. Yes, you can stereo pair the Sonos Five with another Sonos Five or even use a pair as surround rears to a Sonos soundbar. You aren't able to stereo pair a new Sonos Five with the older Play:5.
Q. Do I need a pre-amp when connecting a turntable to the Sonos Five?
A. Yes, you will need to use a pre-amp between your turntable and Sonos Five. Some turntables have a pre-amp inbuilt, so please check this before purchasing a separate pre-amp unit.
Q. Can I connect the Sonos Five to a TV?
A. Whilst this is possible, we tend not to recommend this as you may experience a small lip-sync delay. We'd suggest opting for either the Beam or Arc if you're looking for a Sonos speaker that will connect to your TV.

Our Extended Christmas Returns
We've extended our normal returns for the festive season. Any gifts bought between 27th October 2023 and 22nd January 2024 can be returned up until 31st January 2024.
How does the returns policy work?
If a gift is unwanted, customers must contact Smart Home Sounds by the 31st January 2023 via phone, email or live chat. Our team will assist you in the returns process.
Items must be fully unopened and sealed. Return postage will be at the cost of the customer.
If the unwanted item is opened, this will revert to our regular 30 days returns policy.
Faulty items will follow our standard returns procedure.
