At the heart of the XIO is KEF’s Uni‑Q MX driver array, a compact evolution of the technology found in KEF’s premium hi‑fi speakers.

By placing high and mid‑frequency elements on a single acoustic axis, Uni‑Q MX disperses sound evenly throughout the room. The result is consistent detail and balance, no matter where you’re sitting.

Deep, Powerful Bass Built-In

Four P185 low-frequency drivers deliver bass that’s tight, controlled and impressively deep for such a slim soundbar. KEF’s patent-pending Velocity Control Technology (VECO) monitors driver movement in real time, reducing distortion and keeping low frequencies punchy without overwhelming the rest of the mix.

If you want to push things further, the XIO can be paired wirelessly with an active subwoofer using the optional KEF KW2 RX receiver. This allows you to add extra low-end weight without running cables across the room with KEF’s KC62, KC92 or Kube subwoofers offering the most seamless sonic match.

TV-First Connectivity

Connectivity Made Simple

HDMI eARC handles all audio from your TV, keeping your setup clean and clutter‑free. There’s also an optical input and Bluetooth for additional sources.
